All other activity is being recorded but it says I stopped standing at noon today. I went for a 9 mile walk from 12-3pm. Maybe you have to sit some for it to work?

That's unfortunate, the Stand ring seems to have a mind of its own some days. I wear my watch at night for sleep tracking and I get a few hours towards my stand goal for SLEEPING. And there's times where I'm standing and it doesn't credit me. It's most likely a software glitch that's messing with the accuracy.
I know how to fill the Stand ring, the OP was asking why they didn't get credit for their Stand ring despite taking a 3 hour walk.Did you even read what Apple had to say about stand? You have to stand and move around at least one minute during 12 different hours of the day.
He took a three hour walk. So he should’ve received credit for three hours. Three hours. ThreeDid you even read what Apple had to say about stand? You have to stand and move around at least one minute during 12 different hours of the day.
It records them all for me when I move multiple hours. Really wouldn’t make sense to have to stopIt seems to be fine today as its recording if I stand for 1 min each hour. Yesterday it recorded my activity fine when I did the 3 hour walk from 12-3 pm but didn't record any stands at 1 pm and at 2 pm. Maybe because I didn't sit at all?
