Standby and Usage are the same?

Is it normal that my standby is ALWAYS running? For example, on a full charge, they are both "0". After 10 minutes of use, they both read "10". Shouldn't SB = 0 and Usage = 10?

Is that normal?

It's normal.

The standbye time always goes up and resets only on a full charge.
The usage time goes up when you're actually using it. When you locked it up and put it in standbye, the usage time will stop counting.
