Is it possible to have the screen on at all time? In standby it turns off after a while and wake up if I tap the screen. I have iPhone 14 pro max. Would be nice if screen could be on at all times so I don’t need to tap to check the time.

It should do that. Make sure always-on-display is enabled and low power mode is off.

The standby do work, but turns to black screen after a while so I need to make a movement out touch the phone to wake up screen. Low power mode is off and always on are on.

Send a feedback to Apple. This is so stupid. AOD iPhone should be able to be on all the time when in Stand By.

This is especially important in night mode, when you barely wake up at 3:00 AM and want to see the time. You can set it to wake with motion, but "always on" should be always on, not sometimes on.

Absolutely. Apple should give us an option to keep it Always On.

I don’t have a phone with AOD but I think I’ve read that using Sleep schedule causes this. If f that’s the case, perhaps turning off Sleep Screen in the Sleep focus settings will fix this?

Just double check that you’re sending to the right person before you hit send on those 🍆and 🌮 pictures.

I’m thinking it just matches the behavior of the Apple Watch. I have AOD enabled on mine yet the time display goes off just as the phone, though I’ve never enabled AOD on it.

Mmmmm. Just got the Belkin 3-1 and I was surprised that it kept going off. Doesn't happen during the day so I will check out the sleep focus idea. Right now I seem unable to change the standby screen back to digital from analog. Annoying!

Switching from Sleep focus didn’t fix. I found touching screen 2-3(?) times at the beginning when it goes off eventually fixes an issue and screen stays on. Always On by Apple must mean something else )))
