Anyone know how big the HD boxsets are? I would much rather it on iTunes as I don't feel the need to watch TV show on blu-ray! How is the quality, I had a quick preview in the store and it seems ok, but is this indicative of the actually quality?

WYSIWIG their preview is a snip from their streams.

I can't comment on the total size of the boxsets, but the average size of individual episodes seems to be 1.5GB for 720p and 1.8GB for 1080.
There are exceptions though. For example, "Yesterday`s Enterprise" is 1.49GB in 720 and 1.50GB in 1080.
Quality is pretty good and consistent, but don't expect Blu-Ray quality. The 1080p versions are encoded with an average bitrate of about 4800-5000 Kbps. Dark scenes sometimes have noticeable banding, which is to be expected at these relatively low bitrates.
