Start a Blog or Vblog

Which one of the iMac programs would I use to start a blog... asking for my partner; I know nothing about this stuff. Or is there some other Mac software that fits the bill? Thanks...😕

Blogs are generally hosted online at web sites. Do a simple search from Google or Yahoo and you'll find thousands.
