Here's my space grey 6 in the Apple brown leather case.

The brown is actually a shade or two darker than the photos show.

Love the combination. The case doesn't add any bulk at all really and the form factor of the new 6 is retained. There is a slight lip in front so it protects the screen when laying screen-down on a table.

The screen protector is the Power Support Anti-Glare one that was in stock at the Apple store when I picked up the 6. It'll do for now until I find something better. I've always used the Spigen Crystal on my previous iPhones and may pick that up again. Though now I'm debating between the wet vs dry protectors.

Was considering the navy and red for my space gray 6+ but seeing yours makes me reconsider. It looks amazing!

I am thinking the brown will wear nicely as well eventually with the leather and such which will be a nice touch after a while.

Anyone have the Spigen Air Cushion in the color "Metal Slate"? I'm curious how the actual color looks on a Space Gray iPhone 6. I bought the "Crystal Clear" and "Black" versions of this case for my wife and I. Very nice...just curious how the actual color compares to the rendering on the Amazon site. Thanks!

How well do the volume buttons click on the air cushion?

No issues with my use. Everything is flush on the outer edge of the bumper portion with the + and - for volume "etched" (molded) in. Same as the "PWR" location on the side.

How is this case? I'm interested in buying it :)

How this is this case? I just ordered a metal slate version. Is the case easy to put on? I have a fear of scratching it.

It's a great case. I have the older version on my 5.

Very easy. I usually go from volume button/upper corner in first and gently push it in. So only the Power button is the only part that scrape again the lip when installing.

Looks exactly like the Spigen case, but cheaper and minus the branding! (Both pictured above) How peculiar.
Anyway, I'm ordering the one Casewise one! Looks great. :)

Very cute! Digging the flower theme.

Looks great! Are you satisfied with its overall slimness and feel?

Now that I've settled in, I'm having SOME doubts. With the mesh all over, it makes the iPhone 6 wider a bit all around and it's hard to grip sometimes. Plus with the TPU material, sometimes it feels dry-wet-slimy. I think it's a good overall protection case but I don't know if I'll keep it as my main go to.

Where did you get the Tech21 case? Even their website says they haven't unveiled any iPhone 6 cases yet.

Yeah, I was surprised to even find it! I found mine at a T-Mobile store in Inglewood, CA. Can't even find many more mentions of it but I think there's some also in the UK where they originated.

To be fair, that plastic was REALLY hard to get off on mine. I spent a good five minutes picking at it since I couldnt tell where the edges were.

Same here... I thought I was going to have to send it back until I began picking at it and realized the plastic was actually on there... Looked great once I got it off

Haha, they legit just took Spigen's photo and photoshopped over the branding.

Beautiful case and photos.

Question: The curved edges of the screen, are they completely obscured by the bumper? Do they still rise up? I love that design element of the phone, hoping that the case doesn't completely overwhelm it.

Thanks. The front lip of the case does not completely obscure the slight curvature of the glass. I can still feel the smooth transition of the slightly rounded edges when swiping from the edges of the screen. But there remains enough lip that it should protect the glass when the phone is laid face down on a table or surface.

Perfecto.

Thanks again. I'm stuck in Hong Kong, will be home with my new iPhone 6 tomorrow, will post pics of my Gunmetal version of the same case.

Here's a youtube video review of the Spigen IP6 Air Cushion Case.

The video actually gives you a very good taste for how the case will look and feel.
For my day to day activities this is the perfect amount of protection. I hate to sacrifice the clean aestetics of apple products by putting on clunky cases.

Now just trying to decide to get a colored one or all clear.

Question for you about this case, since its hard plastic in the back, wouldn't the phone be more prone to be scratched on the back? I am looking at this case, but I don't want this case to scratch up my backplate lol...currently using a soft silicone clear case.

I wouldn't go THAT far ;)... but yes, the case definitely doesn't take away from the phone at all.

Hehe ok. Well, I'm kind of not that in love with the back of these new iPhones. But really, it is more just that the case + phone combo just looks so damned fine. I'm on the fence between a iPhone 6 and another phone, and the fact that Apple have these refined cases is what might ultimately tip the scale.... Because I will be using a case no matter what phone I go for.

I got this case today. It is a bumper case with Champagne Gold color wrapped around iPhone 6. What I like is the quality of it. It is a thin cover on the back and a bumper on the side. The skin got a good texture which seems to feel like a bit high end.

I got it from ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CaseWise-fo...-in-one-/251642003714?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

Just out of curiosity, are you the owner of that ebay store?

  • You only have two posts MacRumors, both in this thread
  • The user-submitted photography is similar to your pics
  • Looks like a Spigen knockoff
  • Never heard of casewise.

Hope it's a legit ebay posting because I love the look of the case and already ordered one.

Spigen Air Cushion. I feel like the case could be a little more snug around the sides. I'll probably end up returning it if I find something better. I also have the Neo Hybrid in white, but I haven't tried that one yet.

Edit..yea, not liking the buttons on this case. They're a little hard to press.
2nd edit..buttons are even worse on the Neo Hybrid. Both are going back. Hope my Ringke case that's coming tomorrow is better.
