Went to Best Buy on a whim today and saw the Platinum cases they have. I picked up the Black Walnut wood one. Pictures don't show how clean it looks. Nice and real wood back. iPhone 6 Plus
Yep , I grabbed a TPU case for cheap while there (working) and also the PT bamboo version for my 6+ and been pretty happy with it and will prob. help with the possible bending issue that could happen.

Looking to get this case for my 6 plus what you think?
Just received the Rock .8mm Ultra thin TPU slim jacket in transparent black from local eBay seller.
Already great pics by member waxlabo in post #104.
I'll add that the transparent black is just barely darker than normal transparent.
The camera cutout sticks out over the iPhone's protruding lens just a tiny bit.
Between this case and the Tech21, I easily prefer the style and protection of the Tech21.

how snug is the fit? it looks nice.
what material is the inside of it made?
Sounds good. I saw another thread where a guys Midnight Blue was already fading...the sides looked really dark but the middle was a lighter blue. If you can post just one more shot of the back in the same angle as the other one? I'm just curious before I purchase if it really looked as washed as it seemed. I know you posted some great quality pictures. ThanksSo far it's still looking good 5 days on - I carry it around in my front jeans pocket. I'm sure it'll start to fade over time, whether this color does so gracefully is to be seen.
It's really tight on the phone so doesn't feel all that bulky. The lip doesn't interfere with swiping as there's still room between the lip and touch screen (I have average size hands). It actually gives a good tactile indicator of where my thumb should swipe from, but you don't get to feel the curves obviously.
How is the button feel? Also is the back pretty rigid, not allowing much flex?
The buttons were slightly loose and didn't give a tactile feel at first. This is a known issue and Spigen has been shipping little foam button pads that you adhere to the inside of the volume/power buttons that is meant to address the issue. I haven't received my pads yet but I decided to do my own fix with some moleskin adhesive I had lying around and the buttons work great now! Really good tactile response, no more rattling, everything is fit and flush.
Regarding the back, it is made of a softish material that is not rigid. I wouldn't expect this case to provide additional rigidity to the phone to protect from bending. Moreso to protect from scratches and also to add some cushion to absorb shock from drops but definitely not the best option for clumsy folks!
Here are some better images.
What screen protector are you using?
6 gold with brown leather, zagg glass screen protector (much better than the normal plastic one) although it's over priced. Local best-buy store have bunch of apple leather cases for 39.99, saved 5 bucks, but then everything is overpriced with the apple logo. Took these at night so it looks dark, it is much better on the daylight.

Instead of sending foam pads they should be replacing all their sold cases with updated/fixed ones.
