Started iOS 5.0.1 OTA update...anyway to stop?

Since iOS5, firmware updates download in the background when connected to Wifi. As far as I know, there is no way to stop that from happening.

You are not supposed to push the "Install" button "without thinking"

If I don't take Ambien, I update my phones in my sleep. not
