My start up disc shows full when processing raws in photoshop but i have over 100gb free

I have a 256 sad plus a 2tb hd

It did get full but i deleted loads of stuff to get it to 100gb plus free

Currently running LION and feeling frustrated

Please help

Download OmniDiskSweeper -- it'll give you a rundown on what's taking up the most space on your SSD/HDD (http://downloads2.omnigroup.com/software/MacOSX/10.8/OmniDiskSweeper-1.9.dmg)

If OS X is showing that you have 100GB free, but you're getting a startup disk full error you can try emptying the Trash, or running a Disk Verification through Disk Utility on the volume.
 
I only get the message when processing raw files, never used to get it and i have 140gb free on the HD drive?
