I am currently having an issue w/ a g4 800 Quicksilver w/1gig ram and 160 gb hd. /10.4.11
I think I removed an external drive prematurely from my main drive.(trying to move Alot of files From external To HD.) after reboot my desktop comes up w/ only parts of it showing. for example. I can click on my trash can but I cannot empty it. I cannot see the finder menu or access any apps. (well most anyway) Im guessing less memory intensive apps are the only ones.
I can however access Safari.
Basically I think my files are there and ok but I cannot access them at all.
Just bought Drive Genius but i cannot iunstall prior to booting up.
Any ideas...
