Yosemite 10.10.5 crashed and in Recovery mode StartUp disk not show for reinstall OS X not even in Disk Utilities nothing.. any solution How startup disk appear again ..and what is the problem ?

So have you installed a new drive then? If you did, you should be able to hold command-option-r at boot and get to Internet recovery to format the drive then reinstall the OS.
