I had one for my 6s+ and was able to put it on and take it off with no problems. My 7+ Peel case, however, behaved as yours did.

Interesting. So perhaps I'm not alone and I just got a dud? Either way, they weren't going to refund me and I didn't want another case, so nothing was really solved. I personally don't find them to be that great of a company. A week to get back to a customer? Disappointing. And they only offered me the replacement after I called them out on social media.

I liked the first one I had in the beginning. Then I got concerned because it was rather slick feeling, like it would slip out of hand too easily. After bending the corner of the new one for my 7+ I decided to go back to the Apple silicon.

I called them out on Facebook for not replaying to me and they immediately responded and said they'd just sent me an e-mail. Meanwhile they'd been posting on social media all week while I was waiting for a response. She claimed they'd been too busy to respond in a timely manner. Steer clear, guys. The case is very thin but it's slippery and cheaply made for the $25 price tag.
 
Sammio, as a side note, don't quit. Message them on Facebook or comment on one of their posts and they will respond. A few people were complaining on the same thread and they did reach out to each of us at that time. I just don't feel like a week to respond is acceptable. They'll offer you a replacement case, but not a refund.
