I want to buy Splinter Cell: Conviction before the sale is over. I have a 2012 2.3GHz MacBook Pro. According to steam, my computer will be able to run the game, but it says OS X Lion isn't supported...? Does that mean I shouldn't buy the game? Thanks for any and all help!

That's a pretty big hint that you shouldn't buy it, yes.

There are workarounds for that problem though. Search Google and you can find several ways to bypass the issue.
