Steam's Monthly Hardware Survey

I collected the hardware survey from 2025 and onward.
March's numbers has a significant swing, we'll have to see if that's an aberration or a trend. Given that the survey partipants are randomly selected, the numbers will tend to jump around a bit.

Linux is on fire thanks to the Steamdeck. I look forward to buying a Steamdeck 2. Who knows when that will be.

Window's percentage increased, at the cost of MacOS and Linux.

Yep, here it is

I had checked yesterday and it wasn't posted

Linux has been losing ground these past 2 months, windows is sort of floating around the same point and macos is stiill at the 2% mark, losing a tenth of a percent - too small to say anything other then just a statistical anomaly

Steam as posted their hardware survey
Windows continues reversing their market share losses from prior months, and macos has a somewhat small increase and Linux continues to lose ground.
