Other Steve Jobs Daughter Makes Fun of iPhone 14

If there's anyone Apple might wanna impress, it's Steve Jobs' daughter, but the fact is she's far from blown away by the new iPhone ... which she thinks is pretty much the same as the previous edition.

Eve Jobs, daughter of Steve and Laurene Powell Jobs, reacted to Apple's Wednesday announcement of the new iPhone 14 by posting a popular meme ... and adding her own twist of shade.

Lots of folks in the comments are mostly in agreement with Eve ... some people are pointing out a lot of the tech specs between the iPhone 13 and 14 are the same ... including screen size, refresh rate, storage, CPU and the cameras.

It's a tongue-in-cheek statement from Eve, but since many people believe Apple innovation took a hit when Steve died ... his daughter's jab hits a little harder.

She definitely made global headlines with this one instagram post. The last name Jobs is very powerful, I would bet she even got the attention of Tim and the board.

I personally am upgrading my iPhone 13 Pro to the iPhone 14 Pro....Not because im super excited, its more of a Tradition for me since ive owned every iPhone since 2007 and upgraded ever single year for the last 14 years.

Im also sure that Apple already has iPhone 15 and 16 ready and are probably working on iPhone 17....I hope next year they introduce something super cool again.

it was probably just a joke...but she is allowed to voice her own opinions!

The dark colors never appeal to me. There's no contrast with the dark camera lenses and it looks like an Android phablet. Silver/white all the way.

You should write saving the environment in quotes. No environment is saved if it’s hard to fix broken phones and the current model is basically obsolete in one generation. Lots of wasted resources.

Exactly. I think when she realized how many people hated Apple and they were using it for their own reasons she deleted it. You can tell by how people in this form are reacting so you can imagine this being on Twitter. I think this is one of those cases were someone says something and then a minute later thinks what the heck did I just say. Only now people do it on Twitter.

The new Pro is available in silver and white. I totally agree that I like the lighter colors even though it’s in a case and no one ever sees it

Other than minor differences a smartphone is a smartphone. They're all glass rectangles with cameras on both sides. Even with android phones maybe they change the size of the rectangle occasionally but it's still a rectangle.

Folding phones are like the only really new thing that's came out and it seems with how delicate the screens are compared to regular glass rectangles that they're not going to be mainstream till the tech gets better. Even then it's going to be a flip phone like the Z flip so it's smaller in the pocket.

Silly memes like this are just meant as a joke but have no real meaning. The problem is some take their phone brands seriously. It's the modern version of Ford vs Chevy trucks but with phones. I grew up hearing people say one was trash and the only good one was the one they liked. Unless Apple, Samsung, Ford, or Chevy start paying me I'm not in some club where I have to only support that brand. I buy iPhones and other Apple products because I like what they do, how they work, customer support, and how they look would be last. If Peach computers opened up tomorrow and sold some awesome phone that was better for what I needed and they had the customer support to back it up I'm buying that.

Steve Jobs can create another new tech innovation with perfect marketing to change the world, while Tim Apple only knows how to keep using what Steve had created to maximum the remaining advantage and profit.
 
You guys are so right about the colors. How could we get this into to Tims head that Pro users want the same awesome colors the base iPhone has. Its been the same ugly shades for I dont know how long now. I want the Nano iPod colors to come back as iPhone Pros!

Shes 24 year old and a Instagram model.....Im pretty sure she was brought up in a world where they had so much money that its pointless for her to even care how much, lol. I believe she has close to 18 Billion dollars worth of company stock or something like that.
