Once the content is out of my hands, it is out of my control. And I'm not giving up that control, ever.

I don't understand that comment. Content out of your control? What does that mean? What sort of control are you not going to give up? Only control freaks say things like that.

As for your other comment regarding never [giving up control] - you and Sean Connery have a lot in common.

It means exactly what it says. When I have it in my hands I have control over how I use it. If it's off in the cloud, who knows what could happen to it. It could get changed or deleted, or I could be charged for accessing it, with fees that would increase over time, or in some way prevented from accessing it at all.

Be that as it may, it is nonetheless true.

Ok, the cloud feature would be great, but, looks like AT&T is raising prices on data, and no more unlimited data on iPad. What's the point of storing all your music, videos, etc on the cloud, but then you have to pay big $ to AT&T to access data. Looks like innovation will be hampered by corporate greed.
