STFP server access and modify documents

Hello.... does anyone know if there any Apps that will allow me to connect my iPad to an SFTP server and access/ modify the office documents I have on there? Nothing special just the usual Word, Powerpoint and Excel type stuff. Would make it massively more useful for me 🙂
