Sticky iPhone 3G Situation...

So, i am a bit of a prediciment...
Turns out the AT&T Wireless packet (You know, the one that also had my reciept in it) for a 16 GB Black iPhone...well my girlfriend got into a mood yesterday and decided to clean...and saw it, thought it was junk from when she bought her first iPhone and threw it away....

So yup - no reciept.

So being the industrious guy i am - i went digging through the dumpsters behind our house... (yes that is plural) found our Trash... but no cingular stuff..

So if I go to the AT&T store and plead for mercy will they let me have my iPhone (or if I bring in the E-mails from AT&T)

Any Ideas??

Why wouldn't they?

I don't know why you NEED the receipt since it's bound to your account... if they refuse tell them to piss off and call your credit card company.

they can easily look up the transaction plus you can provide credit card proof of the sale.
