Sticky mouse

I've been recently having this problem with my Pro Mouse. Frequently, it will stick and not work. Sometimes the red light in the mouse stay on--sometimes it's off.

I can fix it be pulling it out of the USB on the keyboard and stick it back in. But it get's cumbersome when I'm doing it every 5-7 min. A couple days a ago it mentioned a memory issue in a pop up.

Any thoughts? Whoops it just froze right now.
