Sticky Screen on iPhone 4

I can't go 5 minutes without my iPhone 4 screen becoming sticky with some kind of sticky and smudgy residue. No matter how much I wash my hands and clean my phone screen it still becomes sticky with slight use.

Any suggestions?

Id suggest using the non glossy type of screen protector. If you do the full transparent one and you got oily hands it shows more.
