I've been having this problem ever since 9.0. My phone (6) will not back up to iCloud any more. It also doesn't see any of my previous backups. My Mac and my iPad also do not see any of my previous iPhone backups. I've had numerous call with Apple support since September, and the problem still isn't fixed. I've also been following this topic on the Apple support forums. Others are also having the issue. Some say they were able to fix it by deleting old backups, but I can't do that.

Apple support claims they can see my previous backups, even though their size isn't reflected in my iCloud storage. I don't know what it going on, and I keep hoping that will get fixed with each update. (It hasn't. I still can't back up on 9.2.) I'm tired of having to back up to my computer every day.

Apple support also keeps telling me that they are only hearing of this happening to people who were using the public beta. I was not.
