Still can't enable iCloud Music Library

Title says it all. I've tried hundreds of times, both yesterday and today. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes I am. I signed up for the family plan. My son had no trouble enabling the option from his iPhone.

What phone do you have and did you update to 8.4 (I know silly question but maybe you signed up through iTunes)

I have a 6, and I upgraded to 8.4 yesterday morning.
