Factory variations, temperature, and a ton of other variables control battery and capacity. You are also expecting the program to be accurate and, well, they’re not the best.
The only way to truly find out is to use the laptop, run some charging cycles (50+) and see if you’re battery is degrading at ridiculous values. Odds are that it’s not.
It is safe to leave it plugged in 24/7, although best to drain the battery every week or so. For what it’s worth, these batteries experience the most strain from deep discharges, so try to keep the battery above 20% if you can. If not, no biggy. Just use it and enjoy it. The computer should give you years of trouble-free, not always plugged in, reliability.
