Still miss notifications sometimes even with a Apple Watch

Anyway to prevent this ? I have sound and vibration on.

Some notifications are "silent". One example that bugs me is the Amazon app notification that the driver is 7 stops away. This notification will appear on the watch but no haptic or sound, therefore unless you look, you dont know you have received it. Even without the watch - the notification is also "silent" on the phone. Why is there no option to customise / change these!!!
