I ordered at 3:06 and 3:14 Eastern and everything went through just fine. I have no email confirmation and no hold processing on either of the cards I used to order. I feel like I should be worried. I can see both phones in my order history, with delivery dates of 9/25. Anyone else still got nothin!?
 
Mine was later than usual (granted it was only 20 minutes). I wouldn't be too worried, give it a day or two while they're still processing everything.

Same happened to me. Call Apple and they will manually send your email confirmation.
 
There is no hold on my account for either iPhone ordered at 3:05 this am but got my confirmation emails almost instantly. Used the Apple app and it was super easy. Back to bed in less than 15 minutes.

I did a live chat with Apple this morning and they said the emails and charges don't come until the order starts processing. He said my order doesn't have any warnings or anything. I'm frustrated because I got the orders in really early and everything has seemed so smooth, but I've never done a preorder with no drama.

Yes, same situation. Ordered at 3:05, got Thank You screen that states email will be sent shortly. Never received the email. The order is showing under "My Orders" so I just concluded an Apple Chat and he ran the order number and confirmed that "yes, it shows" and it has a delivery date of 9/25 so don't worry if you haven't received the email.

I ordered 4. Got 3 confirmations within 30 mins. Still awaiting the 4th. Only difference is the one I'm waiting for is 64gb. All the others were 128gb
 
I placed two orders within minutes of each other.
receieved s confirmation for the first order within 10 minutes. It's been 4-5 hours and I still haven't received a confirmation email for the second order.

Both are slated for 9/25 delivery so far. Apple app says "we've received for order" for both.
 
Still haven't received two out of three confirmations. Under my account it says order processing. But no emails. I'll give them some time to catch up before I call apple.
 
Mine still says we have your order and neither of my cards has been charged at all.

Normally you would see a charge processing on your account that wouldn't actually go through until it shipped. I've never ordered anything from Apple and had this happen.

Which iPhone color did you order and didn't receive an email yet? I ordered a silver 64GB and I got an email instantly after I placed it.
 
same happened with our second phone ordered. i was relieved when i got into apple store online to check order status and both were there. this morning the email had arrived.
 
128GB 6s+ Gold for AT&T. Ordered at 3:30am ET. Delivery of 9/25. No confirmation received as of 9:30am ET. Order shows up in my order history, actually it's the only order that shows up. It tells me that my other orders cannot be displayed at this time, I have 3 other orders that are all processed and shipped but now don't show. I think Apples order system got killed.

I placed two orders, both for pickup. I got a confirmation of both the order and the appointment on one but I got a confirmation for my pickup appointment but no confirmation of the order itself for the other.

This happen to anyone else?
