Resolved Still no iMessage alert tone when iPhone is "locked"?

Thought I'd find a way in IOS 7 to have my iPhone 5 make a tone when it is locked and I get an incoming iMessage, but I haven't been able to find a way.

Is this do-able now? Or...not?

Still? It was always there. Do you have sounds turned on? Do you have lock screen notifications enabled for Messages?

I have Banners on.

I have Alert Sound on.

I have Show in Notification Center on.

I have Show in Lock Screen on.


Is there another setting I have to turn on (or off)?

It just started working!
