Carrier Still no iPhone 12 Pro from Verizon

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro silver early morning on 8/16 preorder day. I still have no tracking number from Verizon and today is release day, was really hoping a package would show up...but nothing.

I was charged on Tuesday for the phone and they say they don’t charge until the item ships, what’s going on.. where is my beautiful 12 pro ?
