Still no Spotlight Suggestions in iOS 8 GM

Mine doesn't do that... weird. I'd report it if you can, just incase its a rare-ish bug.
 
its enabled & stays enabled for me, im in canada with a canadian apple id. the only thing is that spotlight search is almost constantly using location & is noticeable affecting battery..6hr 11min usage with 12% left. iphone 5. probably going to end up disabling it, it has no reason to be constantly wanting location when im not using spotlight in safari or springboard..typically at 7.5~8hrs+ by now(yes with ios 8 gm with spotlight location service off)
 
Also have this issue, tried changing locale to US but after marking the spotlight options and going back from the menu they just untick themselves.

Maybe it checks thru what Apple ID is registered, will try later as I have a US apple ID.
