I don't see it coming any time soon. Who's gonna see texts on your watch when you have to unlock it for access?

You don't let people borrow your Watch when you're not around, so it's not the same as with a phone.

It takes up unnecessary space. Simples

Text does not take up any meaningful space (KBs). And any photos would be minimal because they are resized for the Watch display.

Let's not pretend this is an efficient workflow.
Have you had an Apple Watch since launch?

Yup, I wear my SS everyday. Can't say I've ever run into storage issues on it.
Have you noticed after a few months messages take a while? I did and clearing them helped with the issue. Maybe I'm a heavier texter I don't know but an easier way to clear them would be good

Honestly, I haven't though I admit I have ended up restoring my watch a few times since I got it when I would upgrade from beta 2.0, 2.2, 3.0) to stable.

The watch's messages app doesn't seem to get backed up so that could explain our different experiences.

It's like you are a noob on this site again. Are you going to start a thread for every problem you have with Watch? Just return the damn thing and be done with it. We get you don't like it. Move on.

Check the milk in your cereal to see if it is yellow.

My milk is fine, I am a bit worried about yours. It seems all you have to say about the AW is complaints. Why do you still have it? You have 14 days to return it. On top of that, you owned the 1st Gen watch, you knew what you were getting into with the second one. It only added GPS and waterproofing. All your issues are with the core OS in the Watch. What the hell did you think was going to be different? You could have simply downloaded watchOS 3 on your 1st Gen and known what it was all about. Instead you bought the AW series 2, and all you have done is complained. That makes zero since, other then to have something to complain about on MR. I guess you get some kind of joy out of that?

LOL! It must be more than yellow milk! Those are not raisins!

Sorry if what I do bothers you! Get used to it as I will not change. These forums are for everyone and not just for people like you.

Oh please continue, don't expect people to to enjoy your repeating threads. At some point people get really tired of hearing complaint after complaint. Like I said if you don't like the device return it and save us all a lot of trouble. Then I don't have to scroll past all your threads to actually get to something worth reading.

I could understand if this was your first AW ever, but you have the 1st Gen. you knew things had not changed in the way you had wanted, yet you bought it. It fits very well with the Albert Einstein quote "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

You seem to be doing the "same thing over again" and getting the same result. Go figure.:p

Haha. At least you got this far! On the Watch, you can't batch delete text messages- you have to delete them individually. Unlike notifications where you can Force Touch to delete them all.

It makes the AW just terrible. How could they leave this out. It's mind blowing anyone would want to use a smart watch that does this.
