Still seeing the old keyboard in app that haven't been updated - is this normal?

I know the keyboard has changed with iOS7, but in some of the app (e.g. Google Maps) I'm not seeing the new keyboard. Is this normal?

Yes..it's normal...if developers don't update their apps, then they don't get updated..

Ah I see, I thought iOS7 forces the new UI elements to replace the old ones, didn't know that the developer had to change that.
