Stocard Barcodes too small after update? Better alternative?

I noticed recently (a watchOS update prior to 9.2) that the Stocard barcodes displayed on the watch screen don't use the entire screen anymore (AW Ultra).

Is this an update issue, ultra specific, or me?

Also is there a better alternative... I do use wallet for some cards.

I have a series 6, and my barcodes are still full screen, width wise.

Here is what it looks like. Maybe I'm just misremembering. Either way I have a hard time getting these to scan.
Also it doesn't seem like the screen gets brighter when the card is displayed.

Maybe I'll uninstall it from my watch and reinstall.

i use stocard too and have the same issue uninstall and reinstall wont work i use a different app called mobile pocket now

doesnt matter what size they are, they dont work in the shops ive tried. works fine with my iphone but not my SE2022.

Same problem for me, so I've ditched Stocard and use Fidme instead and it's also a much better app all round.
