My iPod Touch got stolen yesterday. I tried finding it with MobileMe but I had no luck there, so I removed the device from MobileMe just in case the person does eventually turn it back on get wi-fi. Is there any luck that I will get it back?

Sadly, this is true. Don't forget to change any passwords of accounts that you regularly used on your iPod touch. Sorry that it got stolen, OP.

I would never wish for anyone to have something stolen from them, so you have my sympathy OP. Best advice is to bite the bullet and purchase a new device.
Make sure you keep tabs on it at all times. I routinely carry an iPhone, iPod, and a MacBook with me at school, and I don't keep the smaller devices in any of the pockets that are easily accessible. They remain on my person or in the interior pockets of my backpack.
