Stolen Laptop

Hey guys, this is my first post, and a rather frustrated one.

Long story short, someone lifted my PC. And now I have to dig out my old dinosaur PC and set it up for my iphone.

How exactly do I transfer everything over from my Iphone to this new laptop w/ itunes?

My fear is that when I install a fresh copy of itunes to my old PC, and sync it, everything will be wiped out of my iphone.....

I really prefer to do this the non-jailbroken way.

Could someone be so kind to give me some steps?

some apps let you transfer I had to because my laptop got a virus I and I lost all my pictures ..I had some on my phone and I used the App called Transfers
