I'm trying to source some good stone wall tiles. I came across this picture among my Googling and it's ideally what I want. Anyone know where to get stone wall tiles like these? Preferably UK or international supplier.

Op seriously you live in Scotland which has some of the best stone available in the uk. Looking on macrumors for help will just get you a load of posted Google searches.
If shipping is involved, you want cultured stone, manufactured. It looks like stone, hold up like stone, but weighs a fraction of stone.
I'll throw out a tip.
if you ever want to create a stone half wall using cultured stone on a standard room wall, or outside on the house, capped with a ledge, you build the wall from the top, down. This insures the top edge is straight. Cultured stone sticks primarily to the wall.
