Stop iPhoto Rolls ARGH

Hi i have a big problem with iPhoto, when i delete stuff it never seems to change when i bring up iPhoto and it shows all my pics, also ROLLS - how do i stop them, when ever i add a picture to my iPhoto library it puts it in its own roll so i have like over 100 folders with just one picture in them, how do i stop them from gettign put in there own roll folder?

You can drag and drop from one roll to another to consolidate them all.

Or don't view them by roll so that you don't see the rolls - they'd still be in the multiple folders in the Finder that way though.

Or select a bunch of related pictures and hit "Create Film Roll". They'll be grouped from there on out.
