Stop iTunes from opening when bluetooth headset connected?

Is there a way to stop iTunes from opening? This happens with both my bluetooth headphones (Novero Rockaway and Jaybird Blue Buds X) so it's not specific to my headphones I assume.

On 10.8.5 in case that matters.
