Is it possible in iOS 6 on the iPhone to stop the tabs in Safari from reloading? It seems to happen more in iOS 6 vs. 5.1.1. It's very aggravating when I'm trying to resume reading something from the morning commute and it attempts to refresh and I don't have network reception.

From your name I assume you have the iPhone 4S.
The iPhone 4S has offline reading list so you can save webpages for offline viewing. If you have a older iPhone or iPod touch you can use the Instapaper app.

What is so hard about the previous poster's suggestion of putting it on your reading list. All you have to do is press the bookmark button and select reading list. That is all there is to it. It couldn't get much easier. To answer your question though, no there is not a jaibreak tweak that will stop Safari browser tab reloads. I know it can be anoying but you can either follow the suggestion given earlier in this thread or just deal with it. As far as I know, those are your only two options.
