stop Sign into itunes store

On black screen at start up I get(!Sign into Itunes Store)-also a dialog box pops-up with Sign in to itunes store-very frustrating--Any ideas
 
Is iTunes in your Login Items (and starts up with your user?)
Check in System Preferences, then Users & Groups pane.
Click on the Login Items tab.
Delete any iTunes items by selecting, then clicking the (-)
