Stop time and effective use

Hi ! How can I know how time I use my macbook and how much it's in stop ??

Use it until the battery runs down.

Well, you can look at the power manager log with this terminal command:

pmset -g log
​

But its a bit tough to chew through. You can extract quite a lot of information using regular expressions though. I am not aware of an easy way to get the amount of time your laptop spend in sleep (but I wouldn't be surprised if there was one).
