Stop Time Machine deleting older backups...

By default Time Machine keeps hourly backups for a day, daily backups for a month, and weekly backups until my backup disk is full; is there anyway to change it so that it keeps hourly backups for a week, daily until it's full etc.??

No. You cannot change Time Machine's behavior to that degree.
