Hi all, I want to avoid installing iOS 11 when it will be released to the public, so I want to stop the automatic software update. To do this, you can install the beta profile of tvOS, where can I find it? Here I found the beta profile of tvOS 10, can be good or I'll need tvOS 11? Thanks

What?! This doesn't make any sense... What has tvOS to with iOS?
No one forces you to update to iOS 11. Just ignore it when it pops up.

tvOS 10 profile will be fine. either way it won't update.
for anyone that finds this later, installing the tvOS profile on an iOS device forces the iOS device to check if any updates are available on the tvOS channel, which there obviously isn't, so this is a hack to stay on the same iOS version indefinitely.

but what if they releasean update on the Tvos channel?

so won't it fetch the tvos firmware and try and update and say crash or something? if it can detect that the channel/OS is wrong, can't it detect that the profile is also incorrect to begin with?

Why do you not want iOS 11?

I had it when I was jailbroken with iOS 10. It just shows “your firmware is up to date” in the settings and never says anything about it at all.

Because the 5S would become very slow.
Gianlu, Save this:
To fix the issue (daily nag that you can't say "no" to); install the profile provided as a link in the post below.
https://oldcat.me/web/NOOTA9.mobileconfig
Simply click the link in Safari on the iDevice, and it should switch to a profile screen asking for permission to install: do so (you may need to enter your pin code).

Once installed; in that profiles section; there should be an entry titled "tvOS 10 Beta Software Profile".

To revert / disable this profile; navigate to the location in the settings, and click the profile, then delete profile.

Click that link from your Device :)
FYI: If you ever want to remove it, remove it from your certifications.

EDIT: Just in case you don't know what this does: This installs the tvOS (Apple TV 4) program which makes the Device check for a tvOS update for your device, obviously this will never happen so it just displays as no updates available. You can easily remove this in case you want to update. This certificate is from Apple so there will be NO harm to your device, good luck :)
