stop user picture from changing?

I have iCloud and twitter enabled on my phone and on my computer. For some reason now my account picture is becoming the same as my twitter icon. I don't want that. I want my account picture to be different. But every time I change it back, the next time I log in it becomes the same as my twitter picture.

How do I stop this?
