I'm embarrassed to say that I enjoy some of those infomercials, especially those involving lawn care equipment or power tools. I drooled at the prospect of owning a Fien MultiMaster until the stick shock brought me back to earth. The Omni Dual Saw. How about the Worx GT? That made me want to buy the edger/trimmer even though my yard is small enough to trim with a pair of scissors.

The yelling isn't too bad, but when a commercial comes on, and the volume jumps up several notches, well that rally irks me. I don't need to be blasted out of my living room for a commercial.

that annoys me immensely. i can't believe it's not something that is regulated

I can stand watching cheesy adverts, but the biggest sin is when the same advert, whether it's classy with high production values or not, is repeated multiple times (sometimes back to back) during the same program. That's just cruel.
