iPad Pro Stopping iPad Pro M4 11 inch defaulting to non full screen size

New IPP M4 11 inch just received yesterday but it keeps defaulting to non full screen size - I have to manually reset it on the 3 dots just below screen camera - can I set it so the default is always full screen and not have to keep readjusting .

Thank you that solved it for me - didn’t know I had stage manager !

Nice - I can‘t remember if Stage Manager is enabled by default for new iPads or if they ask about it during the Setup Assistant, but in any case I feel like they do sneak it in there. IMO it should be disabled by default on the 11” iPads since there really isn’t enough screen real estate for it to be useful. It was the first thing I turned off on mine for sure.

Unless setup has changed since I had the 2020 iPad Pro, SM has to be manually turned on.
