My ipad mini 16g keeps giving me this pop up ad it crazy,,ive deleted apps cleaned my emails i know i have a lot if room,,does apple want me to buy more gigs hmmmm,,any help please😕

You can look in Settings --> General --> Usage --> Manage Storage to determine what is using the most space. You can also see this information if you connect your iPad to a computer with iTunes.
