Title says it all. Series 3, 42mm. Total used is 4GB, while the breakdown usage doesn’t amount to 1 GB. Is the rest being consumed by watchOS? What gives.

I’m not sure what it is but I have the same issue on my iPad,,iPhone and watch. I chalk it up to the app size calculations just being wrong.

It's the same on my AW S4. I'm guessing it's due to the OS because it would have to take up some space and it doesn't list the OS.

you would think that when advertising user storage, Apple would talk about the partition not consumed by the OS. But I guess saying 4.4 GB is more attractive then saying 1 GB after watch OS has its way with your flash storage.
