Did you order online, or did you just walk in?Picked up a Nike 45mm but limited on bands options. Only had black available for in store today.

I was able to order a Graphite for in store pickup this morning.
Same in-store in-stock situation here, though the store I'm going to pick up at isn't open yet. I don't think I would ever purchase the Milanese as a choice, but between that and the starlight sport band (horrible color, in my opinion), which I would literally throw away (well, try to find someone to give it away to...but literally never put on the watch), I'll pay the $50 uncharge for the Milanese.I can confirm that another UK store (Bristol Cribbs) had SS available for walk-ins, but no Ti or Hermes. Wouldn't let me pick my own band though - had to be either Starlight SB or SS Milanese.
I'm sure it'll obviously depend on your city, but I noticed luck with the standard combos from like best buy...How are you folks finding In-Store stock? Are you clicking on each watch type, then the most popular bands? I have been checking the local store and cant see anything in stock even after trying 3-4 watch types and numerous combos (stainless, aluminum, titanmium, GPS, Cellular, and 2-3 watch bands in various combos).
Is there abetter way to find what a particular store has in-stock?
Whole country is showing not in stock online. I walked in when the store opened and was able to get 45 midnight sport. Apparently if they have less than 5 in the store, it will show not available in store pickup. How are you folks finding In-Store stock? Thanks for the info @Chaser919 That makes sense with what I have seen in the past. My local store usually gets more stock on Sunday/Monday and then sometimes folks can snag an item online for local pick-up. It just depends on the item (phone, macbook, watch, etc).Whole country is showing not in stock online. I walked in when the store opened and was able to get 45 midnight sport. I was able to a 45mm SS here in Seattle. Happened to check stock around 7:40am and got lucky I guess.I’ve been wondering the same, too. I really wanted a stainless steel watch this year but the delivery date was set for November right off the bat. I ended up ordering a starlight aluminum but I’m hoping I can find a SS tomorrow at any of my local stores.
Ha I’m guessing Bellevue Sq? If so I saw that one. Wanted Graphite so I held off to see if they had one for walk in. We’ll see in about 24 min.I was able to a 45mm SS here in Seattle. Happened to check stock around 7:40am and got lucky I guess.
Nah, UVillage. FYI, I have graphite on order at Uvillage that I'm picking up as well today. DM me if you are interested. Didn't expect to get the standard SS and probably won't keep it.Ha I’m guessing Bellevue Sq? If so I saw that one. Wanted Graphite so I held off to see if they had one for walk in. Anyone in the UK seeing any? Specifically the south; Reading, Basingstoke, Southampton etc?
What time did you go in?I walked into the Reading Oracle store today and was able to leave with a SS 45. They seemed to have most stock apart from titanium
Brea had the 45mm SS in stock for pickup today. Was with the milanese loop thoughfor those of you in Orange County, CA, Apple store in Brea mall have stock on green aluminum 45mm cellular with green sport band today. i was tempting to switch my order to get this one today, but decided to patiently wait for my silver SS.
I was told by an employee once that online stock and store stock is separate. Apple need to have a supply of products available in the store to keep customers coming to the store. This was what I was told when I ordered an iPad online in my second choice of color because the one I wanted wasn't available. When I got to the store there were 2 available in my color choice. Not in my experience….. a certain amount of stock is made available for walk in customers certainly in the early days of a release … this is especially so in larger and flagship stores even though online availability is low. Whether it’s worth a long journey to take that chance is debatable. Store allocations and online stock have always seemed independent to me. Although one is a general guide of the other.
