If the guy isn't happy with the color of the phone he purchased, it's certainly an issue. It's an issue for him, and it's an issue for Apple, who wants the OP to be happy with his purchase (and will definitely rectify his issue).
Just because it's not an issue for you and me doesn't make it an issue. Unless we're narcissists.
