Store VM's on other internal HDD partition

My internal hdd is 1 TB and I have it partitioned into 4 parts. I would like to move my VM over to one of the other partitions so it does not take up space on the first partition where the OS is located. How do I do this with VirtualBox. Thanks everyone!
