storesonline problem

I don't exactly understand what you mean?
So, you've installed Mac OS X (which version? on which machine?) and a locked folder called "storesonline" (which directory?) appears and can't be deleted?
Or, do you mean your home folder? The home folder can not be deleted because it contains very important information that is necessary in order to run your system properly! Many applications, your iTunes music, your iPhoto pictures, and much more are stored there, so think twice before deleting it...
